Great Value
The workers were very helpful and the house looks great. I got a great value for my money. My roof also had mold on it and they sprayed it. It cost a little more but well worth it.
Did not hurt the grout
I have a brick house that had some mold. They washed the house in a way that did not hurt the grout between the brinks.
No one did that before…
Power washed house, deck and tops of redwood table and benches. Taped over doorbells and outlet boxes, no one did that before for me.

This is a very impressive company. My home has not looked this good since the day the new siding was installed. Knowledgeable and experienced and I really appreciate their system of cleaning. Taking extra care and respect for my home and property. Responsive whenever I reached out. I had an estimate immediately and the work started 2 days later. The crew was prompt and on time and very personable as well as professional. I strongly recommend CW Contracting as true professionals.
20 years of Grime Gone!
What a pleasure to work with this company. Very competitive pricing and great response time. Contractors showed up to my home and treated it like their own and did an immaculate power washing of my siding and shutters and even did my concrete walk to a point it has never been. All dirt and grime from the last 20 years on my house is gone. You could not hire a better company.
Literally look brand new…
CW Contracting and Jay in particular were extremely professional and provided a first class experience from the second we met through the completion of the job. They delivered on everything they promised, including being on time (which was very important to us) Their “Soft Wash System” worked great. The gutter service was an additional cost but well worth it as they literally look brand new. Such a wonderful and friendly crew, we’ll definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Value far exceeded other companies
We had 3 different estimates and they were the highest but the value to what he offered far exceeded the other companies I spoke with. They did a phenomenal job. They followed up with me and I didn’t have to call them back to fix anything. They were very professional and very clean. The work they did was thorough and did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them.
